An appointment supporting the Group’s AI strategy

Rémy Vannarien

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, management and organisational transformation, 45-year-old Rémy Vannarien has developed expertise at the intersection of technological, organisational and business challenges, with a recent specialisation in artificial intelligence.

In this position, his responsibilities will include:

  • defining and implementing the AI strategy applied to delivery;
  • accelerating the integration of AI into working practices and projects;
  • supporting teams in adopting new AI-driven ways of working;
  • transforming AI-related innovations into tangible value drivers for the Group’s clients.

"Artificial intelligence is opening an exciting new chapter in the transformation of our business. The challenge now is not just to experiment with new tools, but to put them into practice and embed them in our day-to-day operations and delivery activities. I am delighted to be joining SII and helping make AI a real source of value for both our people and our clients." said Rémy Vannarien.

A career dedicated to transformation

Prior to joining SII, Rémy Vannarien spent ten years with Capgemini Engineering. During this period, he held a number of roles related to service offering development, Agile methodologies and DevOps, before moving into organisational transformation. In 2021, he became Senior Transformation Manager, and in 2023 he was appointed Chief of Staff to the COO France. In this role, he worked on strategic, financial and operational matters across an organisation of 12,000 employees.

In September 2025, he was appointed Head of AI Transformation at Capgemini Engineering.
Throughout his career, he has also held leadership roles in management, information systems and technology transformation, notably serving as CTO and later CIO of a scale-up specialising in the insurance sector. He has also occupied a variety of management positions and overseen major technology projects.

Joining SII to accelerate its AI ambitions

In September 2026, Rémy Vannarien joined SII Group as AI for Delivery Leader. Reporting to Bertrand Lecanu, Head of Global Delivery Division, this appointment reflects the Group’s ambition to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence across its delivery operations and to make it a key driver of value creation for both clients and employees.

His experience in organisational transformation, combined with his understanding of the technological and operational challenges associated with AI, will be instrumental in supporting the Group’s deployment of these new capabilities and their integration into projects delivered for clients.
