The SII Group, a specialist in engineering, technology consulting, and digital services, announces the acquisition of the manufacturing engineering activities of Airtificial and Aertec Solutions.

This transaction results in the integration of nearly 560 employees: 490 in Spain, 20 in France, 20 in the United Kingdom, and 30 in Germany.

It enables the Group to significantly enhance its capabilities in the aerospace and defense sector and to strengthen its position across the entire manufacturing engineering value chain.
With this acquisition, SII reaches a new milestone in its development and further reinforces its position as a leading player in aerospace and defense.

“This acquisition goes far beyond strengthening our capabilities: above all, it represents a coming together of teams, expertise and cultures. We are delighted to welcome these new employees, who will play a lasting role in enriching our know-how and supporting our clients in their industrial transformations.”
said Didier Bonnet, Chief Executive International.

A structuring transaction at European level
This acquisition is fully aligned with SII’s growth strategy and strengthens its expertise in industrial engineering, particularly in manufacturing engineering and related services.

It also delivers tangible benefits in each of the countries concerned: it consolidates a major industrial base in Spain by doubling the workforce, strengthens client proximity in France, supports aerospace programmes in the United Kingdom, and expands technical expertise and industrial coverage in Germany.

Beyond the integration of new teams and technological expertise, this transaction represents a key milestone in the Group’s ability to support its clients end-to-end, from design through to production, with an integrated approach and a strengthened on-the-ground presence.

A strengthened position in a transforming sector
Against a backdrop of rapidly increasing production rates, evolving industrial models and growing sustainability requirements, SII reaffirms its role as a strategic partner to the industry’s leading players.

Present in 21 countries, the Group leverages its multidisciplinary teams to enhance industrial performance, accelerate the digitalisation of processes and strengthen the resilience of production chains.

Comprehensive expertise in manufacturing engineering
SII operates across the entire value chain, from the design and optimisation of industrial processes to tooling development and maintenance, work preparation, digital integration and production support.

Its model is built on strong operational proximity and the ability to ensure continuity between engineering and industrial execution, guaranteeing quality, performance and agility for its clients.
