An appointment to support SII’s growth in Sophia Antipolis
With extensive experience in business development, team management and supporting key accounts, 47-year-old Jean-Christophe Formosa has built most of his career within the Sophia Antipolis digital ecosystem. Reporting to Etienne Andreoni, Regional Director for Northern and Eastern France at SII France, his priorities will be to accelerate the agency’s growth, support clients with their transformation projects and strengthen synergies across the Group’s various entities. He will also contribute to enhancing SII’s attractiveness in the region and developing its teams.

A career rooted in the Sophia Antipolis digital ecosystem
Before joining SII, Jean-Christophe Formosa held a number of management and business development positions at Capgemini, with responsibilities at both local and national level. He joined the Group in 2013 and became People Unit Manager in Sophia Antipolis in 2017, before being appointed Account Executive in 2024 and Segment Sales Leader in 2025. Prior to this, he held consulting and project management positions at Sopra Steria.

An appointment that builds on the agency’s strong momentum
Jean-Christophe Formosa takes over as head of the agency from Etienne Andreoni, who led it in recent years before being appointed Regional Director for Northern and Eastern France. He will work closely with him in his new role.
