The innovation challenge takes place every year in our SII Sud-Ouest agency. The opportunity for our employees to come up with innovative ideas for breakthroughs, continuous improvement, tools, processes and system evolution.
A total of 72 ideas were submitted and 36 ideas shortlisted! A great promotion for 2019!
The next step ? Pitchs or presentations for the 15 best ideas chosen by a jury composed of Innovation Managers, Agency Management, Operational Management and even our clients from different sectors such as aeronautics, space and l automobile.
The 4 winning innovations:
• Big ADSB Data: a Big data platform to manage the ADSB data recovered via our ADSB antenna installed for a few months on the roof. Challenges will be proposed to exploit this data and understand the DataViz or the Machine learning.
• A tool to recover data from our car fleet in order to optimize their management and use.
• SIA the digital assistant SII who will accompany us in the new Stairway building.
• Remote Vibration: a prototype for generating the electric arc more securely. The jury's favorite.
Bravo to Florent, Christophe, Sandy, Silvia, Cédric, Coline, Thibaut and Pierre-Marie Briand for the quality of their projects!
The second half of 2019 will be dedicated to the realization of these great ideas with our teams, in collaboration with customers or in partnership with schools. See you in December for the demonstrations.
