As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and are looking for a Business Manager to join our Engineering Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:

Business Development : Manage and grow a client portfolio within the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
- (Prospecting new clients, developing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong partnerships with key accounts.)
Recruitment & Team Management : Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the career development and follow-up of your consultants.

PROFILE

Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent)
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
Initial experience in business development and recruitment within the engineering sector
Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
A proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
