As part of the development of SII Group Spain, you will join us to contribute to the commercial and operational growth of the IT Business Unit.

Your role will combine business development, recruitment, and support in team management.

1. Business development and client management

Cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and opportunity follow-up
Identifying needs, preparing commercial proposals, and building long-term relationships

2. Recruitment and team follow-up

Hiring your own team and helping it grow within projects, with clients, and within SII

3. Support to the operational management of the Business Unit

Monitoring key performance indicators (activity, margin, forecast)
Preparing reports and supporting the day-to-day coordination of the unit

PROFILE

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ADVENTURE

An Engineering degree
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Initial experience in technical roles
Strong organizational skills, active listening, and a client-oriented mindset
Dynamism, rigor, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit
