Managing 50 software engineering applications, providing support for 2,000 users across several countries and meeting high security requirements: this is the challenge that SII has been tackling since 2022 with the Orchestra project, developed for Thales Alenia Space.
Our mission :
Support all Thales software engineering tools: incident management, user support, configuration and operational maintenance.
This partnership is based on trust, innovation and performance, thanks to a dedicated team of 15 SII experts based in France, Italy and Morocco. It is a complex project that relies on our Extended Delivery methodology, enabling optimal management on an international scale.
‘Since 2023, the SII team has been solely in charge, managing around 3,000 user requests and incidents per year, as well as numerous activities such as upgrades, security maintenance and migrations,’ explains Fresne Wilfrid, Head of the DSI Software Factory at Thales Alenia Space.
