As part of the development of SII Group Spain, you will join the team to contribute to the commercial and operational growth of the unit. Your role will combine a commercial mindset, recruitment, and support in team management.

1. Business development and client management

• Prospecting, client meetings, and follow-up of business opportunities.
• Needs assessment, preparation of commercial proposals, and development of long-term client relationships.

2. Recruitment and consultant follow-up

• Collaboration on the hiring plan.
• Participation in interviews and support for consultants during their onboarding and throughout their development within the team.

3. Support for the operational management of the Business Unit

• Monitoring of key performance indicators (activity, margin, forecast).
• Preparation of reports and support in the day-to-day coordination of the unit.

PROFILE

• Master's degree (Business School or Engineering School).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in business development and/or recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills, active listening, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and entrepreneurial spirit.
