The SII Group was founded in France in 1979. Its founder, Bernard Huvé, an engineer by training, embarked on this adventure at the age of 30.
Founded in Montreal, SII Canada began operations by targeting the banking and insurance sectors, while developing its first client partnerships, which would drive its future growth.
Driven by its growth momentum, the agency launched its first research and development projects while strengthening its market position through a strategic partnership with AvePoint.
For the 5th consecutive year, SII Canada has earned Great Place To Work® certification. The company also distinguished itself by making the list of the 100 Best Places To Work in Quebec in its category and by receiving the Best Place To Work Tech recognition.
The year was also marked by the celebration of its 10th anniversary, with a gala bringing together current and former employees, members of headquarters, and U.S. teams. It was a memorable evening centered on sharing, recognition, and collective success.

THE ORGANIZATION
Thomas VIDALINC
Thomas Vidalinc, who has always been passionate about aeronautical engineering, arrived in Quebec in 2021 to take over the Montreal subsidiary, which had only about 20 employees at the time.
Today, SII Canada has 150 employees and is experiencing double-digit growth.
