In line with its continued growth and true to its core values, the SII Group is evolving its governance structure through internal succession planning.
This evolution aims to strengthen the coordination of its activities while preserving its decision-making autonomy, and is accompanied by the following appointments:
- Charles Mauclair, Chief Executive of the SII Group
- Didier Bonnet, Chief Executive of the international zone
- François Goalabre, Chief Executive of the french Division
After more than 20 years at the helm of the Group, Eric Matteucci will remain Chairman and will begin a gradual transition of operational leadership.
A redesigned organization to support the Group’s growth
The Executive Board is now supported by an experienced management team, structured around complementary areas of responsibility, comprising Eric Matteucci, Charles Mauclair, Didier Bonnet, and François Goalabre. The team is rounded out by Antoine Leclercq, Operations Chief Executive of the international zone.
This transition, which has been in the works for some time, relies on executives who have been with the Group for several years and possess in-depth knowledge of its operations, teams, and challenges.
“This is an important milestone for SII. I am proud of how far we’ve come and, above all, very confident in the team that is now taking the reins. They know the Group, its strengths, and its ambitions inside and out, and will continue to drive our growth with the same high standards and commitment,” said Eric Matteucci.
This organizational structure aims to ensure continuity in the Group’s leadership, while remaining true to its DNA, values, and growth trajectory.
It also strengthens coordination among the various geographic regions and supports the Group’s organizational structure, both in France and internationally.
The SII Group thus reaffirms its commitment to relying on a strong and dedicated team to support its clients and sustain its long-term growth.
