As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:

Business Development : Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving business growth and profitability.

Your responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting customer meetings, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

Recruitment & Team Management : Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the development and follow-up of your consultants throughout their careers at SII.

PROFIL

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, both written and spoken
Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Business Manager within the IT sector
Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
