How do you manage 50 software engineering applications, 2,000 users spread across several countries, and high security requirements? Since 2022, SII has been tackling this challenge with the Orchestra project, developed for Thales Alenia Space.

Our mission: Support all Thales software engineering tools: incident management, user support, configuration, and operational maintenance.

This partnership is based on trust, innovation, and performance, thanks to a dedicated team of 15 SII experts located in France, Italy, and Morocco. This complex project relies on our Extended Delivery methodology, enabling optimal management on an international scale.

Schneider Electric is a global leader in industrial technology, and SII is proud to support their efforts by providing essential skills in software development, automated testing, verification and validation, as well as in the field of automation.

Beyond technical skills, we also support them in technological evolution and skills enhancement for their teams. With a specialized team of 150 experts, our collaboration focuses on three key areas: Energy Management, Schneider Digital, and Industrial Automation.

The Headlight project 
Together, we are developing Headlight, a suite of secure digital applications that optimizes equipment maintenance and guarantees its availability for the armed forces.

For more than 10 years, SII has been supporting La Poste Group throughout France, as well as abroad, in numerous projects with varying levels of commitment and services. From resource delegation to third-party application maintenance (TMA) management, fixed-price contracts, or agile commitments.

To date, SII has managed more than 50 different projects within the IT Services Department, the Mail and Parcel Services Division, the Consumer and Digital Division, and La Banque Postale.

For over 30 years, SII has been a partner of DIM, a French company specializing in the textile industry and one of France's favorite brands! It has two factories and an automated distribution center in Autun in the Saône-et-Loire department.
