In SII Group Spain, we always maintain a sustainable attitude towards the environment. We support initiatives that promote greater environmental responsibility and consistently act in favor of the development of environmentally friendly technologies.

We understand that a company should not only be profitable but also responsible towards its surroundings and make a positive contribution to society. Our Endorsers
We have obtained the EcoVadis Silver Certification, an international recognition that covers a wide range of non-financial management systems, including environmental impacts, labor practices, human rights, and ethics.
In 2019, we signed the Diversity Charter for the first time, which we renew every year. This is a European initiative through which we commit to promoting the fundamental principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
We belong to the group of companies leading the way in environmental transparency and performance against climate change. SII Group Spain has entered the CDP (Climate Disclosure Project) Ranking, an annual report conducted by the organization, which represents one of the global benchmarks for sustainability.
We are part of The Global Compact Advanced program of the Spanish Network of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, where over 2,600 companies work to transform the world based on its Ten Principles regarding human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
Some of Our Initiatives
Disability Awareness Day
On December 3rd, we commemorated Disability Awareness Day, reflecting on inclusion and breaking barriers. Alongside Fundación Adecco, we emphasized valuing individual potential beyond labels, fostering a fairer and more equitable future.
Abilities Race – Sport – Padel
We actively participated in corporate sports events, reinforcing our commitment to well-being and inclusion. This included our involvement in the Abilities Race, organized by Fundación Adecco, which welcomed runners, handbikers, families, and individuals with and without disabilities. Our colleague Clémentine H. won the award for the best phrase of the event: "Inclusion is taking care of what makes us unique." Additionally, we encouraged teamwork and a healthy lifestyle through activities such as corporate padel tournaments and other sports initiatives.
European Diversity Month
In May, we celebrated European Diversity Month, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive workplaces. Under the theme "Investing in the future of work through inclusion and diversity," we organized activities and reflections, highlighting diversity as a core value at SII Group Spain.
European Mobility Week
During European Mobility Week, we shared sustainability tips and mobility trends through informative posts. Additionally, we launched a fun quiz to test knowledge on sustainable mobility, rewarding the winner with an exclusive experience. This initiative encouraged engagement and awareness towards a more sustainable future.
SII Group Spain x Project Save The World
We participated in a beach cleanup volunteer event in Barcelona in collaboration with Project Save The World. Our team gathered at Nova Icària Beach, beginning with an environmental awareness session before collecting waste. This initiative, part of a global effort that has removed over 25 tons of waste, reinforced our commitment to sustainability and teamwork.
Digital Clean Up Day
We joined the Digital Clean Up Day, a global initiative to reduce digital waste and improve cybersecurity. Our teams participated by deleting unnecessary files, organizing storage, and raising awareness about the environmental impact of digital clutter. This initiative helped optimize our digital workspaces while contributing to a more sustainable future.
Afterwork for Diversity
We hosted an Afterwork for Diversity, featuring a monologue by Javi, a well-known actor, TV presenter, and journalist. The event included a networking session with refreshments, allowing employees to invite a guest. It was a great opportunity to strengthen bonds and celebrate diversity together at SII Group Spain
