As part of the development of SII Group Portugal, we are strengthening our commercial team by welcoming a Business Manager.
You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and team management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on two main areas:
Business: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability.
(prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management)Recruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.
PROFIL
Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
Initial experience in sales and recruitment
Strong listening and organizational skills
Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive
