MISIÓN
- Support two Agile teams within a growing Agile environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the effective application of Scrum principles and practices.
- Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-team and programme-level dependencies within a SAFe environment.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Work with senior stakeholders and business users in a demanding environment.
PROFIL
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on background in software development.
- Proven experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment : SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing cross-team and programme-level dependencies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Previous experience in reinsurance, reserving, or financial services would be a strong advantage.
