The SII group, a specialist in engineering, technology consulting, and digital services, announces the acquisition of the manufacturing engineering services of Airtificial and Aertec Solutions.
This transaction specifically translates into the addition of around 560 employees: 490 in Spain, 20 in France, 20 in the United Kingdom, and 30 in Germany.
