Strong Agile and software engineering capabilities
To meet Amadeus’ requirements, SII deployed a complete Scrum team composed of software developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and a Scrum Master. This structure ensures full ownership of the development lifecycle, from design to delivery.
Beyond this dedicated team, 65 SII consultants are currently embedded within Amadeus teams in Bogotá, playing a key role in:
