Guided by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in the workplace, we are committed to supporting the daily pursuit of professional opportunities free from barriers and discrimination, while upholding dignity, defending rights, and driving meaningful progress.
Our first initiative has been the celebration of the disABILITY Week, held in commemoration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3. This awareness campaign features a series of audiovisual pieces that highlight situations and stories about unconscious bias and uncomfortable silences experienced by people with disabilities, as well as ways to recognize and avoid them.
This collaboration not only marks an important milestone on the path toward equal opportunities, but also reflects our strong commitment to ESG principles. We are committed to embracing diversity, supporting the most vulnerable members of society, and actively contributing to the well-being of our communities.
