The SII Group, a digital services and technology consulting company, is recruiting 1,500 new employees in France to support its growth and ambitions.

Their role will be to support clients with engineering and technology consulting activities, primarily in the defence, aerospace, telecoms, banking, energy, transport and retail sectors.

These 1,500 new hires are planned for 2025 and will be spread across the head office and 10 regional agencies (Aix Méditerranée, Atlantique, Est, Île-de-France, Nord, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Ouest, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Sophia Antipolis, Sud-Ouest):
- Over 450 positions in the Paris region, as well as in Bourges and Rouen;
- Over 200 positions in western France between Rennes, Nantes, Brest, Lannion, Caen, Le Mans, Niort, Tours and Orléans;
- 365 positions in the south-west, between Toulouse, Bordeaux and Pau;
- 240 positions in the south-east between Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Sophia Antipolis, Grenoble, Clermont-Ferrand, Montpellier, Toulon and Valence;
- 90 positions in the north-east between Lille, Strasbourg, Metz and Nancy.
This recruitment campaign targets experienced candidates as well as beginners with engineering training or university degrees (five years of higher education). To capitalise on the future, the Group is also looking for around 100 interns who are nearing the end of their studies. This initiative is designed to build on the work carried out by SII with schools.
