SII Selected to Acquire Certain Operations of Centum T and S in Toulouse and Belgium

As part of the acquisition of certain operations of Centum T and S, a specialist in electronic engineering and test systems currently in receivership, the SII Group’s bid has been selected.

As a result, 40 employees will join the SII Group. This acquisition strengthens the Group’s engineering capabilities in support of its strategic clients across the aerospace, defense, transportation and industrial sectors.
This acquisition is part of a structured and responsible plan, coordinated with MBDA, aimed at ensuring business continuity, preserving jobs and maintaining long-term industrial capabilities.

SII will take over operations at the Toulouse site as well as those of the Belgian subsidiary, representing a total of 40 employees. This development is fully aligned with SII’s strategy as a leading engineering services provider, supporting the sustained momentum of the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.

At the same time, it forms part of a coordinated framework with MBDA, which will take over the sites in Écully, Moirans and Palaiseau, representing more than 200 employees.

True to its values, SII puts people first and maintains a strong local presence. Teams will be integrated into the Group’s local offices without mandatory relocation, ensuring continuity of projects and stability in client relationships.

The complementary expertise of the Centum and SII teams, combined with existing relationships with major clients (Airbus, Thales, Safran), will support a smooth and sustainable integration into already established environments.
