We are looking for a recruiter!

Do you have the ambition to work in a technical environment and do you want to contribute in our companies growing challenge?

We are looking for a Recruiter (M/F) who will evolve within our department to help us meet this challenge. Attached to the HR/Recruitment department, you will be in charge of:

- The sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, co-optation, social networks);
- Contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn inmails, e-mails and phone calls;
- Qualification and telephone pre-selection of candidates;
- Organizing recruitment interviews;
- Validating candidates in first screening via Teams of candidates;
- Converting of CV’s into our template;
- The presentation of candidates validated by you to hiring managers;
- The management of the database of candidates (interview reports, follow-up and reminders of candidates, etc.);
- Reporting to the Managing Director and daily task coordination by HR Manager;


  • Experience in the Netherlands in a consulting company (uitzendbureau) in a recruitment position;
  • Experience with “LinkedIn Recruiter” license;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience;
  • Education: HBO level;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Able to convince candidates in an enthusiastic and sincere way;
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English;
  • A reliable, organized and efficient personality;
