About the job
Participating in the HW development (scrum) team for the development of new or derivative products. Specifically, the Electronic engineering activities for the design of new or derivative printed circuit boards (PCBAs) This includes:

  • Making the conceptual preliminary electronic design.
  • Selecting the components.
  • Elaboration in a complete drawing package (Schema and material lists)
  • Coordination with the layout engineer and supervising the layout work.
  • Coordination with the suppliers and our Quality Control department.
  • Taking care of testing, qualifying including making all reports for the release of these products.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience with designing Processing platforms. (The electronic hardware design).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing complex solutions in the digital domain.
  • Supervising layout work (performed by dedicated layout).
  • Extensive experience in developing PCBAs (Printed Circuit Boards Assembly).
  • Experience with Design for EMC

Pre technical features:

  • Pre: Knowledge & experience when working in SCRUM team.
  • Experience with Cadance.
  • Experience with version control tooling (GIT).
  • Knowledge & experience of intercom systems and/or complex network solutions (ie Server/Client solutions).
  • Experiences with Platform Standards COMe Type 6/7 & SMARC 2.0
  • Knowledge of the following interface types & associated standards:
    • Ethernet including Power over Ethernet
    • PCIe & M2
    • USB 2.0, 3.0
    • Video interfaces: DVI / HDMI / Display-port
    • 10Gb  ETH 
    • Knowledge & experience in developing military applications & developing against military standards such as MIL-STD-810G & MIL-STD-461.
    • Thermal design, optimization of heat management processor platform
