#innovation
Innovation is a key element of business competitiveness. The SII Group has a Research pole in order to identify the technological and methodological obstacles to come to our customers, to experiment through product use cases that can give ideas or insights to our customers, to develop expertise and opening of our employees.
Some topics: Intelligence of the DEVOPS chain, Sketch to Code: from digital sketches, AI for the reduction of data centre consumption, Swarm computing, Cryptocurrency and collective life, Smart building and Digital Twins, Opinion Viewer: analyzing the flow of information to better understand trends and behaviours, Search And Rescue Drone, SIA digital assistant.

User-friendliness is put in the spotlight in all the entities of the SII Group: Friday morning breakfast, seminar, team building ... So many opportunities that allow our employees to exchange on their best practices and their expertise but also to get to know each other better.

SII management is based on trust, transparency, benevolence and collective responsibility. The Group wants to go beyond the simple manager / manager relationship. #challenge
Team spirit, commitment and strength rhyme with Champion’s Academy! For several years now, the SII Group has sponsored collaborators, champions or champions from different sports: athletics, karate, parachuting, boogie woogie, judo, rowing, roller skating ... In 2020, 7 athletes joined the ranks of the Champion's Academy by SII. Financial sponsorship and recovery or training days can be granted according to the schedule of our champions.

# engineers
The SII Group renewed its commitment to women in 2019 by signing a partnership with the association Elles Bougent for the 3rd consecutive year. Several SII godmothers are committed and are present at "Elles Bougent" events to talk about their professions and inspire high school and college girls to find their bearings in scientific fields.

#agile
All SII services have moved on to agile methods and visual management. So in each service you can see displayed using sticky notes, current and future action plans. This allows employees who enter offices, common areas or meeting rooms to see the progress of strategic projects. These new methods reinvent the decision-making process by putting each stakeholder at the heart of the strategy.
