Systems Engineer Capability Lead

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity to provide Systems Engineering Services to the MPRAS building block Software development team to deliver the contracted Mission Planning and Replay Analysis functionality.

THE role:

1. This will involve providing the following support to the Agile S/W development team:
   1. Explanation of the Customer (SSS) and Technical Requirement Specification (TRS) requirements and clarifying/updating the requirements flowdown where necessary;
   2. Explanation of the System & MPRAS Subsystem Design;
   3. Attend Observation Review Board meetings when required to discuss and agree which release observations should be fixed;
   4. Populate the Design EPIC with system specification, subsystem design information and ensure the Software viewpoint is also captured;
   5. Review the software solution to confirm the requirements are implemented via the stories and S/W verification correctly checks out the requirement.

2. Provide Support to the SEM/WPM in generating and reporting progress, metrics and tracking Technical Performance Measure (TPM).

3. Ensure the system documentation is maintained (e.g. Specifications, Design Descriptions and ICDs) by providing the Requirement Manager and Documentation Support Team a clear definition of the change.

4. Coordinate the System Integration and Hardening activities of MPRAS Capabilities

5. Review the System Test Procedures
