Created in 1979, the SII Group aims to support companies in the integration of new technologies and innovation management methods, to develop their information systems and contribute to the development of their future products or services.
Thanks to our decentralised organisation based on empowerment and the ability to undertake business, the SII Group has deployed on more than 80 sites spread over 4 continents . By relying on our teams of nearly 10,000 engineers worldwide, we offer skills in both Digital Service and Engineering to drive the transformation of many sectors of the economy.

40 years of history
Specialising in industrial IT, Bernard quickly recruits his first employees to honour fixed-price contracts for large groups such as Philips, the French Atomic Energy Commission or Bull.
The company's workforce then exceeds 100 people.
In parallel, our development strategy continues throughout France with the creation of multiple agencies (Rennes, Aix-en-Provence, Nantes, Toulouse, Strasbourg and Lille).
Finally, in 1999, we went public to increase our notoriety. Bernard Huvé, founder and CEO, is the majority shareholder with his family.
To support the growth of the Group, which then exceeded 1,500 people, a new management team was formed in 2007. Bernard Huvé took the head of the supervisory board and entrusted the chairmanship of the Management Board to Eric Matteucci.
The Group is also carrying out external growth operations in France to support its development with, in particular, the acquisition of Feel Europe in 2016 aimed at strengthening our positioning in the banking sector.
In 2019, we are celebrating our 40th anniversary and announcing the strengthening of the Group's “top management” and the creation of a Development Department, to promote the acceleration of the development of the company.

Since the start of its deployment in September, and even more so in this context of crisis, the new managerial organisation put in place has been a real asset for the coordination of teams and the further development of synergies. As a major player in the engineering business lines, the SII Group operates in a sector that has shown its resilience and its essential role for the continuation of activities in many economic sectors.
