OPERATION & SUPPORT LVL 2

Operations & Support: to perform day to day activities for the operations & support of the Platforms hosted on private cloud, public cloud, hybrid and on customer premises.

Incident Management: to handle incidents raised internally or by customers to restore services or to provide solutions to customers within the SLA

Request Management: to respond to requests & queries coming from different stakeholders and customers with regards to the platforms & products under the scope

Problem Management: To solve complex problems arising from issues on the platform leading to bug fixes or system updates, escalation to Level 3 and close follow up until resolution

Change Management: To design, plan & implement all changes on the Platforms as a result of problem management and/or release management. Provide technical guidance to CAB for assessment of change requests

Service Availability: to ensure the service availability of the platforms by proactive and preventive maintenance

Documentation: To maintain operations & support documentation and ensure all information is up to date. Create technical notes and knowledge articles to document and facilitate technical solutions to different problems

Key Skills:

  • Fully operational in English.
  • Configuration Management of the Software Configuration Items and Components
  • Change Management of the Software Solution
  • Experience in Linux or Unix administration & Bash/Shell scripting
  • Proficiency in using SQL or Oracle database queries
  • Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as Datadog, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes & Docker
  • Experience in managing production systems in Cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud & Datadog is a big advantage
  • Autonomous in analysis, problem-solving, and achieving deliverables.
