Microsoft 365 Dynamics

In SII we are searching for Microsoft 365 Dynamics professional in order to fulfill the support of our clients landscape.


  • Minimum of a high school degree
  • Communicative Czech and English language
  • 2+ years' experience with software consulting and implementation (specifically Dynamics 365 CRM)
  • Dynamics 365 CRM certification is an advantage
  • Excellent client service skills, with ability to understand business requirements and translate those into system configuration
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business process design and documentation as they pertain to Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Field Service and Sales Force Automation)
  • Excellent documentation and business writing skills
  • Proficient with reporting solutions relative to Dynamics 365 CRM (Qlik Sense)
  • Deep business knowledge, able to elaborate on firsthand experiences

Day in the life:

  • Your role will be to take care for Benzina MS Dynamic solutions
  • Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system
  • Architecting the CRM system
  • Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
  • Writing/Consulting technical specifications for planned work
  • Maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as Click Dimensions, Resco Mobile, etc.
  • Building and configuring basic CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
  • Developing reports using Microsoft SQL / Qlik Sense
  • Working with internal/external support members to resolve technical issues CRM system
  • Coordinate with Business Managers
  • Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
  • Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
  • Support of the application including fixing application issues
